Dr. Jamie Moeller, DDS
general dentist
I’ve been practicing dentistry for almost ten years, having recently moved from Delaware. I’ve worked in both private practice and community health, and I’ve also volunteered as an attending dentist to supervise recent graduates. It’s become very clear to me during that time that my favorite part of dentistry is being able to help people out of a tough situation as quickly and painlessly as possible.
I really strive to ensure my patients have a comfortable experience, with as much compassion as I can offer, free of judgement. I’m a strong believer in the importance of patient-centered care, and I try to provide people I treat with all the information they need to make the decision that’s right for them.
Education and Continuing Education
I completed my undergraduate degree at StFX University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, followed by a Masters of Arts in Public Administration at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario. I then attended the University of Toronto for dental school, receiving awards in prosthodontics, oral surgery and public health during my time there. After graduating, I completed a one year hospital-based General Practice Residency at Christiana Care in Wilmington, Delaware. Over the course of my career, I’ve taken over 300 hours of continuing education including in courses on dental implants, digital dentistry, pathology, and aesthetic rehabilitation.

Outside the Office
I currently live in Montpelier with my wife, Devanne, and we have two young boys, Rory and Kieran. Outside of work, I love to swim, play board games, and travel with my family. I also enjoy baking and cooking, though it’s a challenge keeping our four cats out of the kitchen when I’m in there.
